Download the VPN pack with the Regenerate VPN Pack button, copy it to your VM and unzip it. Run the included init script to add the network interface to your machine.
Ping the .0 host of your VPN network. If you are connected properly, you should get a reply.
Remove your current VPN interface, regenerate the VPN pack and re-init it into your machine and try pinging the .0 host to ensure the connectivity is up.
